The first workaround will introduce Kutools for Outlook’s Include myself when reply all option to automatically add my email address into the To field when replying All in Outlook.

Automatically add my email addresses into Cc/Bcc fields when replying all
The other workaround will introduce Kutools for Outlook’s CC/BCC feature to automatically add my email addresses into the Cc or Bcc fields when replying emails to all recipients in Outlook.
1. Click Kutools > CC / BCC > Auto CC / BCC Manager.
2. In the opening Auto CC / BCC Manager dialog box, please click the New button.
3. In the popping up Auto CC / BCC dialog box, please (see screenshot below):
(1) Type a name for the new rule in the Rule Name box;
(2) Click the Recipients button and specify my email addresses as Bcc recipients in the opening dialog box; (3) Check the Custom option.
4. Now the Auto CC / BCC dialog box expands. Please do as below:
(1) In the Inclusion section, please check the Subject contains option and click the following button; (2) In the popping out Text Contains dialog box, please click the New button; (3) In the popping out Search Text dialog box, please type RE: into the New Search Text box, and click the Add button. (4) Click the OK buttons successively to close all dialog boxes.
5. Click Kutools > CC / BCC > Enable Auto CC / BCC to enable the rule.
So far I have created a rule to automatically Bcc all replied emails to myself in Outlook. In other words, my email address will be automatically added into the Bcc field when sending replied emails.
